Ar99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform based in Bangladesh. • Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

Ar99 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. All users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals above a specified amount or under certain circumstances.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence must be submitted.
• A utility bill or bank statement may be requested for address verification.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 business hours.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the security and fairness of the ar99 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the bonus system.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Hacking ar99's software or exploiting any vulnerabilities in the system.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any specific game.

Ar99 believes gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. We never want any of our users to develop a gambling problem or suffer financial harm.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for a set period of time.
